Produced twice a year, the free booklet lists all sorts of countryside walks and events such as history and wildlife walks, the majority of which are free. Click here for more details.
If the Health Walks have given you the confidence to go it alone, download a walk leaflet and get walking! If you're not ready to go it alone just yet why not ask friends and family or even your fellow health walkers if they fancy joining you?
